o 2 Dogs per Handler per class Please.

o 3rd Dogs in a class (room permitting) must be on separate Entry Form and separate payment.

Non-Compete runs
o Will be accepted if room permits.
o Will be run at the end of the day.
o MUST BE entered on a separate entry form from your 'Compete' runs AND paid separately also.

o Running Order and Wait List will be available after the Trial Close Date.

o Field assignments may change.

(and your past trialing history!).

Highlights:
o 4 Days of Dog Trialing, all classes. Come run your dogs or just come and watch these superb dogs enjoying what they do so well at this picturesque location

Description:
This event is a great venue for the Handler's and spectators alike. We trust your time here with your dogs will be great too.

o Handler Dinner Saturday Evening
o Sheep will be spotted from horse back all days
o Payback in Open classes after trial expenses
o Please practice social distancing and mask wearing within accordance to current North Carolina State guidance

Also please be respectful to everyone and remember to say a kind word to our gracious trial host, Lisha Davis, for allowing us to enjoy our dogs at their facilities.

2021 Rural Hill Farm Trial Waiver and Release
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I waive any and all rights and claims I may have to damages against Rural Hill, its owners and operators, trial managers, volunteers, or the facilities, as well as all persons participating during the trial and their families. I agree not to hold Rural Hill, its owners and operators, trial mangers or any trial volunteers responsible for any injury or damage to myself, my property, or my dog(s). I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while attending the Rural Hill Farm trial and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Rural Hill Farm Trial may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Rural Hill, its owners and operators, trial managers, volunteers, and all persons participating during the trial and their families. I voluntarily agree that in case of injury to any animals or damage to the facilities by myself, my dog(s), or my family or friends, I will assume the financial responsibility in the amount of the replacement value. I agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the Rural Hill Farm Trial. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Rural Hill, its owners and operators, trial managers, volunteers, or the facilities, as well as all persons participating during the trial and their families. Sheep are valued at $300.00 each.
