General Cancellation/Refund Policy

Always check with the Trial Event Host to understand their specific Cancellation Policy


Typically there will be NO REFUNDS after the events' "Closing Date". You will find the Closing date on the 'Event Information' Page after selecting the specific event.

o Refunds for an event may be applicable under the following circumstances.

1) When an entry is pulled out (withdrawn/cancelled) before the event closing date. If payment was via check, typically the check will destroyed. If paying by paypal, popmoney, etc. typically your entry fee will be refunded, but not fees from paypal, popmoney, etc., that you may have paid to them.

2) When an entry is pulled out (withdrawn/cancelled) AFTER the event closing date, but before the event start date, and if your entry slot(s) can be replaced from the wait list, you will typically be entitled to a refund which will be paid directly to you. However, fees from paypal, popmoney, etc., that you may have paid for those services, are not eligible for a refund.

3) Check directly with the event host if extenuating circumstances exist.

However, non-Open-Classes are available to GSDA Members Only.

To comply with USBCHA considerations, the Official Opening Date Open has been changed to August 26th and the Official Closing Date has been changed to Sep 12th.

Any and All information received regarding running in this event will be processed as it was received Aug 29th, (with the close date of Sep 12th) - We want to be fair and provide ample chance for those with the desire to run in this event.


The processing date of Aug 29th is consistent with our typical entry policy of entering on day 1, 2, or 3 is like you entered on day 1. (Because Aug 26 is the official open date for the Open classes.)

Enter any 2 dogs in any class on any day. 3rd dogs will be allowed in a class if room permits;

However, a 3rd dog in a class must be entered on a separate entry and paid for separately to simplify money handling and accounting, thanks. 3rd dog entry fee will be refunded if dog does not get in.


o Non-Competes will run at the end of the day.
o Additional classes maybe added the day of trial, time permitting.
o Always pick up after your dogs, respecting one-another and our neighbors.
o Your Open entry fee includes a charge of $3.50 for USBCHA sanctioning.

(and your past trialing history!).

Highlights:
Saturday night handlers dinner 6:30pm $9, at the barn. (Pre-paid with entry.)

Description:
These events attract handlers, judges and spectators from around the world and will include some of the best handlers on the globe.

Directions:
From Atlanta, GA take I85 North to exit 154. Exit right and go one block, then left on Hwy 59 for approximately 5 miles. Turn right at Carson Farm Road, which is gravel, go down 3/4 mile - farm is on left.

From Athens, GA take hwy 441 North toward Commerce, GA. Turn right onto Hwy 59, (Dollar General / Tractor Supply), go for approximately 10 miles. Turn right at Carson Farm Road, which is gravel, go down 3/4 mile - farm is on left.

From the North take I85 South to exit 160. Exit and go left back across I85 to Hwy 59 (stop). Go right for 1.8 miles. Turn left at Carson Farm Road, which is gravel, go down 3/4 mile - farm is on left.

GPS mapping finds the fields at the address above.

Parking:
o Parking is free. Camper parking is available on the BACK FIELD which is the Trial Field.
o No dogs on the Trial field please.
o Parking is good, but tight, so be reasonable to get everyone in. Your courtesy is appreciated.
o Hookups are not available at this time.
o The Flying~J offers additional parking; I85 Exit-160.
o Car parking is available on our farm side of Carson Farm Road.
o Please respect our neighbors and leave plenty of room for emergency vehicles and big farm trucks.
